STAGE 2. ACCEPTANCE

Survey ordered

Section 10.7 document ordered

 

STAGE 3. BUILDING CONTRACT

Fair Trading contract prepared and to be signed

Payment of Stage 2 payment design and approval required

 

STAGE 4. LODGEMENT DOCUMENTATION

Concept floor-plan and design meeting

Complete architectural working drawing

CDC and/or DA payment required

BASIX Certificate obtained

Stormwater engineering

Sydney Water tap in

Lodgement to private certifier

 

STAGE 5. PRE-CONSTRUCTION​

Select your internal and external colours and materials

10% construction deposit required

Homeowner Warranty Insurance

NTC (Notice To Commence) to certifier

 

STAGE 6. CONSTRUCTION

Introduction to the site manager and supervisor

On-site construction commences

 

STAGE 7. HANDOVER​

Inspections

Contractor certificates

Occupational certificate

Keys given to owner.
